Senior Key Account Manager Germany 100% (m/w/d)




We are Prime Computer AG — a young, fast growing, climate neutral, international award winning tech company, which produces and offers sustainable climate neutral hardware and services.

We are based in Switzerland & Germany and are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager who develop and build partnerships with key B2B clients and channel partners, maximise sales revenue and profitability in this region.



  • Responsible for sales and account development, lead generation and territory planning
  • Continuously develop new sales opportunities and revenue streams
  • Be responsible for establishing and developing partnerships with top systemhouses and reseller, as also in cooperation with distributors
  • Develop a sales strategy that maximises profits whilst addressing customer technical and functional requirements
  • Identification of potential customers and proactive approach to decision-makers in the areas of the defined segments
  • Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products to identified key accounts
  • Specific responsibilities include reaching the agreed sales goals and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, working to tight deadlines and KPI’s
  • Utilize appropriate company resources to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise
  • Continuous prospecting customers and solicits and developing a network of prospects
  • Continuously expand specialized product knowledge for specific solutions, and markets, and competitive intelligence
  • Negotiate, structure and close “deals” that meet both, customer expectations and Prime Computer’s ability to deliver
  • Ensure business growth is nurtured by constantly challenging/improving local strategies


  • Outstanding performance in Sales & Business Development
  • Solid track record in selling IT hardware to B2B clients
  • Close to 10 years experience working with GE IT Channel
  • Deep knowledge of the GE IT (Desktop & Laptop) marketplace
  • Resilient and significant ICT network and enthusiasm for the IT industry is a must
  • Strong capabilities and mindset to work in a fast-growing company with start-up mentality and methods
  • Excellent business sense, strong commercial attitude self-starter with intrinsic motivation
  • You are authentic, honest, reliable and have a strong sense of urgency and result orientation
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment with an eye for priorities
  • Outstanding prospecting, negotiation and organisational skills
  • Flexibility – a high willingness to change and intellectual flexibility in unclear situations to at target-oriented and successfully in the interest of the company
  • Very good spoken and written German (native) and English skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to specific customer needs
  • Must be team-oriented and able to interact well with all departments within the company
  • Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Office and collaboration software
  • Ability to review, analyse and summarize data
  • Happy to travel on a regular basis
